The "EMpower Your Future: Cultural Skills for a Diverse Workforce" Program 2025 is now open for registration! Through online courses, professional seminars, and volunteer services, participants will enhance their cross-cultural communication skills.  

This initiative is organized by Social Career and generously supported by the SIE Fund and Oxfam Grant For Good, working together to foster a more diverse and inclusive Hong Kong.

網上課程 Online Course

網上課程為計劃的基礎部分，內容涵蓋：
・文化多樣性與共融概念；
・跨文化溝通技巧；
・少數族裔社群的歷史與文化特色。

課程結合互動影片、實用練習與案例研究，讓參加者深入理解不同文化的價值觀與行為模式，增強文化適應能力。

The online course forms the foundational component of the program, with content covering:
- Concepts of cultural diversity and inclusion;
- Cross-cultural communication skills;
- Historical and cultural characteristics of ethnic minority communities.

The course integrates interactive videos, practical exercises, and case studies, enabling participants to gain a deep understanding of diverse cultural values and behavioral patterns, thereby enhancing your cultural adaptability.
